DOBI Real Estate agents come from varying backgrounds and walks of life — a formerly homeless individual, a college graduate, a CEO, an interior designer, a corporate America loyalist, an instructor, an appraiser — and yet they’re all cut from the same cloth. They’re all women who are fierce and humble, strong and educated. They’re all women with a dream to own their own real estate business.

Founded in 2018, DOBI Real Estate grew its sales volume by 268 percent and broke through to the Top 30 in sales volume on Realcomp’s brokerage rankings in its first 11 months.

The firm embraces “The DOBI Difference,” which offers the services needed to enable growth and gives the agent, the buyer, and the seller the best experience.

DOBI does this by stepping into the world of its clients — they become the first-time home buyer, the widow, the newlywed couple, the empty nester, the divorcee — while constantly pushing one another to reach their maximum potential. Through their relentless dedication, they tailor each transaction and experience to a specific individual’s needs and wants.

Consecutively, these agents have approximately 115 years of experience. The leadership at DOBI Real Estate consists of well-respected, hardworking, knowledgeable, sincere agents who put their all into helping their clients. They’re women of influence and integrity, active in their communities, and making a difference where they work and live. Agents are members of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Women’s Council of Realtors. One is a board member at Empty Bowls Detroit, and another is a dance team coach. Still others are scout leaders, and church and senior community volunteers.

While DOBI is a professionally run organization committed to a quality experience for its agents and clients, it also maintains a family environment. The culture at the brokerage allows for a competitive but supportive atmosphere. With the firm’s open-concept floor plan, the agents work together as a team and are always bouncing ideas off of one another.

To facilitate “The DOBI Difference,” agents turn hard work into sustainable and efficient business practices that result in productivity and profitability. They redefine industry standards and facilitate an honest culture that enables a safe and healthy space for competitiveness and growth.

DOBI Real Estate agents want nothing more than to help clients imagine their own future in the home of their dreams. By gaining the confidence of those with whom they work, and consistently offering the highest standard of service, they earn trust for a lifetime.
